With the increased focus on electronic charting by the Obama administration many facilities are beginning to look at solutions otherwise not considered. Changing the way an organization conducts business has a major impact on Nursing Staff Development. I am drafting an abstract addressing this for the 2010 National Nurses Staff Development conference and would welcome any input.
